Leïla Alice
ambient · shoegaze · spoken word
leïla alice keeps a diary in sound, where personal souvenirs are turned over gently and held up to the light. Sentimentality becomes a strange way of keeping time, letting what has been and what might melt into one spiralling possibility. how long is forever? moves through the soft, unsettled space where memories keep changing shape and the future arrives already carrying traces of the past, where a feeling can outlive the moment that gave birth to it. A magical whisperer, leïla alice makes space for anyone still searching for a home somewhere inside themselves.
